Opia Restaurant and Lounge
Opia is open seven days a week, serving Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a lounge fare. After nine years of wining and dining Manhattan's Midtown-East crowd, managing partners Frederick Lesort and Antoine Blech have given Opia Restaurant and Lounge (130 East 57th St, New York, NY 10022) a complete makeover, spearheaded by leading designer Jordan Mozer.

The newly renovated Opia will still provide the convivial and popular lounge atmosphere with live international music its become known for, while also featuring a redefined menu by new executive chef, Brian Hayford.

With a modern French focus, Hayford's menu will also sustain popular options like the "Sushi Corner" portion of the menu, which has been incredibly popular among Opia's broad clientele consisting of Midtown business people, Upper East Siders, tourists and shoppers strolling down from 5th Avenue, Bloomingdales, and the like. Opia offers a large variety of menus to cater to all their guests, in whichever room you choose to dine. The restaurant menus as well as private party menus change with the seasons.

Signature dishes this summer are Crab Cake made with Sweet Jonas Crab and French Brioche, Warm Poached Lobster Salad w/ Baby Golden Beets and Oesetra Vinaigrette, Smoked Terrine de Foie Gras w/Concord Grape Compote and Toasted Brioche.
