Conveniently located within blocks of Grand Central Station, The Concierge Conference Center at 780 Third Avenue combines exquisite form with function to create the premier venue in midtown Manhattan for business meetings, training sessions, tradeshows, concerts, screenings, and lavish social functions. The Concierge Center provides the perfect place to step out of the old office routine and find inspiration.

Concierge Conference Center provides on-site innovative audio-visual services including video conferencing, wireless service throughout facility and T-1 speed Internet, ISDN lines, fiber optic infrastructure, video taping, presentation development and presentation staging, data projection, image magnification, sound and lighting, movie screenings, and event staging. Our in house specialists deliver smoothly executed dynamic events utilizing theatrical scenery, stock stage sets and special effects.

The in-house culinary team provides well-designed, savory food selections for the continuous meeting breaks, luncheons, dinner meetings, banquets, and receptions. Concierge Conference Center provides a full array of food and beverage services including continental breakfast, continuous refreshment breaks for meeting participants, hot and cold luncheon buffet or deluxe sandwich buffet, and elegant banquets. Events have a choice of whether buffet or plated service would best serve guests’ needs. Our Food and Beverage team is experienced in all facets of innovative dining and welcomes the opportunity to design a memorable event.

All-inclusive per person packages provide an ease of budgeting as well as the assurance of a smooth transition throughout the learning and meeting environments. The package approach often means significant savings as compared to the “a la carte” pricing often offered at hotel conference venues. The Concierge Day Meeting Package includes meeting space, continental breakfast, AM & PM refreshment breaks, beverages, hot or cold gourmet buffet luncheon, Internet access, basic presentation technology, technical support, a dedicated conference coordinator, and gratuities. The Complete Meeting Package includes all the amenities offered in our Day Meeting Package, plus lodging at one of our nearby affiliated properties. Optional package elements include ground transportation, recreational activities, and entertainment events.

The 2,000 square foot Event Studio can comfortably accommodate up to 25 exhibit booths with a separate presentation setting for 200 guests in theater-style seating complete with finished walls, 12 foot studio ceilings and the latest in acoustics, lighting and staging capabilities. Our Grand Central Room is the perfect venue for meetings, training sessions, special events, and banquets. The room is designed as a studio to offer a wide array of set-up plans, staging, and finishes. It is perfect for meetings of 100-150, events for 250, and banquets for 200 guests. The food service attention to detail includes fine china and crystal, European flatware and elegant linens as well as “white glove” four-diamond service.
